Carolyn Pallett

Category: Beadwork & Quillwork

The strap of this bag depicts the story of woodland creatures showing bravery in the face of danger.

In their valiant attempts to capture the flames, each earned stripes, scars, and burns. To this day they bear evidence of their acts.

The small-but-mighty Water Spider is the only one of our friends who succeeded and brought the fire. Thus, she is given honors for her ingenuity as well as her bravery.
