Carol Wyatt has dedicated 29 years to working with the Cherokee Nation and its businesses, combining her professional career with her passion for basketweaving and cultural preservation. Wyatt shares her love for basketweaving with her grandchildren, coworkers and anyone eager to learn. Her mantra is, "It's creative, it's cultural and it's therapy!"

She is a proud Cherokee with ancestral ties to her grandmother, Sarah Elizabeth Pathkiller Hubbard from Proctor, Oklahoma. She names her work “Pathkiller Creations” as a tribute to her grandmother’s legacy. 

She remains committed to her craft and continues to inspire others through teaching. She has taught more than 500 people to weave baskets in the past 15 years, including more than 100 mostly Cherokee coworkers.
