Holly Carlile is an Oklahoma-born artist. Carlile became fascinated by ancient Egypt when she was 8 years old; thus, her interest in art began.

While her enchantment with Egypt has never wavered, she now illustrates animals and nature. One of her favorite subjects for her art is her lop-eared rabbit, Okayama. Carlile works primarily in watercolor but occasionally dabbles in acrylic. When she's not painting, she's making beadwork, ranging from bracelets to necklaces and keychains.
