I found a lot of beauty in this oil slick that was in a parking lot. The rain had just stopped, and as I was headed out to my car, I looked down. This oil slick made me do a double take. I had made a promise to myself earlier this year to be more present in a life that seems so busy and distracted. The photos I have submitted are of things in my everyday life that made me take a second look, and I found them beautiful and worth documenting.
